Carl's Jr has thousands of restaurants and you might think that they're basically the same. However, when you dine at the Carl's Jr in west Roseville, CA, you'll have to reshape your stereotype of a fast food place. What? I'm writing a review about a nationally-known "fast food" joint? Am I crazy? Do I even admit that I like fast food? Yes, I know most "fast food" restaurants are dirty, uninviting and have indifferent employees. But, Carl's Jr, in west Roseville is different from most fast food restaurants. You see, Carl's tile floors are clean, the food is fresh and hot, and the employees will greet you with a smile and really seem to care. Oh yes, the food is good!

OK, so you want to know my favorite meal at Carl's? No problem, here it is: Six Dollar Bacon Guacamole Burger with an order of fries. If I'm really hungry, I'll add one of their $1.49 Famous Star burgers. The bad thing is if I eat all that food, I have to hike, like about, six miles the next day and eat lots of salad to work it off. But, since Carl's is so good, it's worth it. Total cost? Less than $6.00 and I'm filled up until breakfast the next morning! If you're a "fast food" junkie like I am, and you're in the vicinity of Foothills and Baseline Road, in Roseville, CA, stop by my favorite Carl's. I eat at this place at least once a week, as the food is good, reasonably priced, convenient and the employees are friendly. Yes, they have my business card posted on one of their walls!
