Meadow Farms Sausage Company simply makes delicious sausage!  Can you believe...  bacon wrapped hot dogs in Placer County? You got it, thanks to Meadow Farms Sausage Company, and to Delicious Dogs, who sells their fine sausage retail in the greater Los Angeles area, online, and at special events, such as the 2022 Roseville Holiday Parade.

As with all of reviews that I publish, I have no affiliation with the restaurant reviewed, and there is no monetary gain on my part, as I am simply a person who likes to eat, and I love to write-up, and publish my dining experiences.

Delicious Dogs serves their amazing hot dogs several times a year during downtown Roseville events.  Click on the link to enjoy my previous eating adventures with this great street vendor.

Photo:  Just like you see in nearly every town in Mexico, Delicious Dogs prepared amazing bacon wrapped hot dogs for today's event, from a propane-fired griddle on a push cart.  Onion and chili peppers were offered to accompany the amazing hot dogs, and condiments included mustard, ketchup and mayonnaise.  What more could you ask for?

Photo:  Thumbs up goes to amazing hot dogs!  I am a repeat customer of Delicious Dogs, as you can see from clicking on the link.  There is nothing more in the world than I love than a bacon wrapped hot dog!

Photo:  It was just a little after 09:00 in the morning, Saturday, November 19, 2022, and the 2022 Holiday Parade was just getting started, and my favorite hot dog chef was just getting started with her hot dogs.

Photo:  Am I in Roseville or am I in Mexico?  Bacon wrapped hot dogs, onion, chili peppers and buns... on a propane-fired griddle from a push cart.  What is not to absolutely LOVE about this kind of fine cuisine?

Photo:  The chef pours on the mustard, which is the final condiment for my amazing hot dog.

Photo:  I asked for "everything" on my hot dog, so I got it all, including ketchup.  At $8.00 per dog, it was on the "pricey" side of things, but my bacon wrapped "dog" was worth every penny, as it was simply delicious!

Photo:  I requested "everything" for my hot dog!  The bacon wrapped hot dogs were grilled on the propane-fired griddle, along onion and chili peppers.  Condiments included ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard.

Am I in Mexicali or Roseville?  No se, pero que sera... Delicious Dogs served delicious hot dogs, in downtown Roseville, just like you enjoy in Mexico!

Photo: Delicious Dogs serves a truly delicious hot dog, wrapped in bacon, and grilled to perfection.  How often do you find bacon wrapped hot dogs in Northern California?

Bacon wrapped hot dogs are a "thing" of Mexico, as you'll find street vendors everywhere selling this fine cuisine. But in NorCal?  Delicious Dogs sells hot dogs, on Vernon Street in downtown Roseville, worthy of any bacon wrapped hot dog that I've enjoyed during my countless trips to Mexico.

The hot dog starts with a large quarter-pound dog, thanks to Meadow Farms Sausage Company, and the vendors grill the dog to perfection, outdoor, using a propane fired griddle on a push cart.  The "dog" is grilled on the street, just like hot dogs are cooked on the streets of nearly every city or town in Mexico.

Oh... did I mention the "dog" is natural, and snaps when you bite into it?  You get your dog perfectly grilled on a portable, mobile, propane fired griddle, and you get your sausage cooked YOUR WAY, with YOUR choice of condiments.

The "kid" in me came out, as when I was asked what I wanted on my dog, I said "EVERYTHING" and that included ketchup, which I normally avoid.  Whatever... I simply "went with it" and when I was asked what I wanted for my dog, I said "everything."  Ketchup was included...

The bacon wrapped hot dog was simply amazing, and reminded me of countless "dogs" I'd enjoyed during trips to Mexico.  The large bacon wrapped dog was placed on a fresh hot dog bun, and covered with grilled onion and chili pepper - at my request - with a friendly nod from my hostess.  As I requested "everything," my bacon wrapped dog was dressed in mayonaisse, ketchup and mustard.  Everything...

Such a delicious hot dog in every way!  The large hot dog, along with the bacon were grilled to perfection, along with the onion and chili pepper.  My hostess was simply amazing... too bad during the frenzy of the 2022 Holiday Parade in Roseville that I didn't get her name... But, any way you look at it, this was great food!

Photo:  An hour later, at the end of the parade... how could I not resist going with a second hot dog?  The only thing I love more than hot dogs is beer...  and... you guessed it!  This friendly gal was one of the many food cart vendors set up on Vernon Street for today's event what was offering delicious bacon wrapped hot dogs, grilled to perfection.

The restaurant had set up many food carts on Vernon Street, so I simply said an enthusiastic "Yes" to this gal when she asked if I'd like a hot dog.

Photo:  My chef and hostess was a little shy for my camera, after she prepared my hot dog, and was... shall we say, "candid?" when I took her photo.

Photo:  I'm a happy guy on this late Saturday morning, as I'm ready to enjoy my second bacon wrapped hot dog of the day, just after enjoying the parade.  Check out the background restaurant... That's Trax Taproom and Kitchen, who serves amazing food and beer.

Photo:  My second bacon wrapped hot dog of the day, perfectly grilled from a propane fired push cart grill, on Vernon street, in downtown Roseville.  I requested mustard, mayonnaise and grilled onion, and my chef served me an amazing hot dog.  Unlike the previous dog I enjoyed, there were no chili peppers...  No worries, as this hot dog was simply delicious!

What could be better than bacon wrapped hot dogs, complete with grilled onions and chili peppers, while enjoying a holiday parade?  At $8.00 a "dog" the option may be on the pricey side, but the "dog" is amazing, it's grilled to perfection and bacon wrapped, and you simply can't beat the friendly hospitality, and the outdoor atmosphere that downtown Roseville offers in late November.

How many vendors north of the border grill bacon wrapped hot dogs on the street?  So... I definitely vote for Delicious Dogs, along with the creator of the fine product, Meadow Farms Sausage Company, and all of their super friendly street vendors.

Look to Meadow Farms Sausage Company, also known as Delicious Dogs, for amazing bacon wrapped hot dogs, served with a smile.
