Are you familiar with Carolina-style barbecue?  Not many people who live on the west coast are familiar with that fine genre, but if you want to associate Carolina-style barbecue with one word, think:  Pork.  We offer our barbecued and grilled recipes for pork,  not only in Carolina-style, but in other barbecue genres as well, including Memphis and Kansas City styles.  If its goat or lamb recipes you're looking for, you've come to the right place...  


Baby Back Ribs:  Tender, juicy, delightful... any way you describe baby back ribs, they're as good as it gets.  Here's our recipe for grilling baby back ribs.

Carolina Style Smoked Pork:  Carolina barbecue means pork, marinated in vinegar, smoked for many hours over a hickory fire.  We also provide our recipe for a chopped pork sandwich, Carolina style.

Carolina Style Pulled Pork Sandwiches:  An icon dish of Carolina Style barbecue is a pulled pork sandwich.  Place smoked, pulled pork on a French roll, top with coleslaw, drizzle with Caroline barbecue sauce, and enjoy!

Bratwurst Sausage and Grilled Potatoes:  If you're tired of the bratwurst-on-a-bun, try grilling bratwurst on your outdoor grill, along with a few baked potatoes.

Bone-in Leg of Lamb:  This recipe combines grilling with roasting, all done outside on your outdoor grill.
