I sat outside on the patio and simply marveled at God's glory, as one of the most amazing sunsets that I'd seen in years unfolded.  After enjoying the sunset, it was time to enjoy an "easy" dinner of pork ribs, grilled on my electric George Foreman Grill.  Potatoes, corn and veggies were baked in the oven.  Such a great evening!

Photo:  It's about 6:30 in the evening, Thursday, August 31, 2023, and I'm enjoying one of the most beautiful sunsets that I've seen in a long time.  Unfortunately, the beautiful clouds brought rain, which washed out my plans for Friday.

Photo:  Sunset looking to the west, in our back yard, after I climbed up the retaining wall.  Such a beautiful sunset!

Photo:  After enjoying such a beautiful sunset, it was time to enjoy a great dinner, thanks to my George Foreman grill and the "low tech" gas oven.

Photo:  Two slabs of pork are finished on the grill and sport grill marks.  The electric grill will give your meat grill marks, and great flavor.  But if you're looking for smoke, forget it, as this is indoor, kitchen top grilling.  I guess if you're looking for a smoky flavor you could mix liquid smoke into your marinade or sauce.

Photo:  Yes, I'm a happy guy, as my two slabs of pork are finished, ready to enjoy, and sport grill marks.

Yes... I prefer outdoor grilling, but when I'm lazy and I want to grill, you can't beat a George Foreman grill.

Such an amazing sunset and a great dinner, grilled the "lazy way" inside the kitchen, using my George Foreman grill!  Great grilling anyway you look at it!
