Diners, Delis, Drive-Ins and Burger Joints: Hamburgers, cheeseburgers, fries, diner fare... we don't care, as long as it's a burger, served at a burger, made by hand, or served at a diner, and we love it all! Hot Dog Carts, Stands and Restaurants: I can't resist a hot dog cart, hot dog stand, or a restaurant that offers hot dogs... especially when the place serves nothing but hot dogs... Hot dogs are alive an well in Roseville! Mexican Restaurants: Undoubtedly my favorite cuisine, Roseville is fortunate to have many fine restaurants and taquerias that serve authentic, Mexican food.
